This private museum dedicated to the art and culture of funfairs from the mid-19th to mid-20th centuries is surprisingly little-known. But each year during the Christmas period, this fascinating place offers a Festival du Merveilleux (Festival of Marvels). The Musée des Arts Forains (Museum of Fairground Arts), situated within the former wine cellars of the Pavillons de Bercy, is a place of wonder, magic and charm that you can enjoy during your festive season break at the Platine Hotel!

The Festival du Merveilleux takes place in a charming museum full of old rides, games and automata. The Festival du Merveilleux will be held from December 26th to January 5th. Departing from your Platine Hotel, it will take you about twenty minutes by RER or Metro to reach the Musée des Arts Forains, where the event is held. You can already book your tickets online to be sure of enjoying the fun that will take place between 10:00 and 17:30 each day.
