Summer begins with the Festival Fnac Live

Categories : Events, Entertainment, published on : 6/10/19

The Fête de la Musique on June 21st launches the summer season of music festivals in Paris. Among these, the Festival Fnac Live holds a special place. Completely free and taking place in the open air, it mixes headliners and new talents, acoustic sessions and mega concerts. Do not miss the 9th edition during your stay at the Platine Hotel!

The spirit of the Festival Fnac Live

Imagine the esplanade of the Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) invaded by a good-natured crowd coming to see the popular performers of the moment as well as rising stars who’ve made an impression over the past year. The headliners play the big stage while the Salon stage is reserved for intimate concerts by artistes with a more exclusive appeal. This 9th edition will take place from July 3rd to 5th, with more than 30 concerts planned. There’s no need to make any arrangements in advance as everything is free and accessible to all.

Who’s featuring at the Festival Fnac Live?

The line-up continues to grow and over the next few weeks new names will be added to the long list of performers who will be playing this prestigious festival. Here at the Platine Hotel we are following developments very closely and can reveal some of the acts scheduled so far, including Eddy de Pretto and Stephan Eicher. Also highly anticipated are the Etienne de Crecy Space Echo Live visual show and performances by Agoria Live and Bon Entendeur. All the darlings of Fnac will be there!

This is the festival that requires the least organisation and cost! The Festival Fnac Live, in the spirit of the retail chain that sponsors it, offers an open stage for the talents that comprise today’s music scene. A truly festive occasion for a typically Parisian start to the summer.
